A life without aimbition is a ship without a rudder.
A few slum children are playing in the field.
Does anybody realize that one or two of them
are aimbitious who will make good and hit the jack-pot.
How could these two do it while the rest watched
with secret adniration?
They had their goals, their objectives before them and
were not affected by anything around them.
The brawls, the dissipation, the vulgarity, the gross
wastage of human existence under which the immortal
soul is oppressed, and similar other things were before
them every moment but their aimbition kept them
above these. They strove for opportunity and when
it did come they grabbed it and pulled themselves up.
in the midst of the deadliest despair they never lost hope.
