Migraine

Aduh...
my migraine is so bad
it is hurting me
what should i do with it
feeling like vomitting
feeling tired
aduhhhhhhhhh

Good morning world...
Thank God i still can wake up this morning,
to enjoy another beautiful day of my life...
seeing the sun, the blue skies, the green living things around
and animals... listening to the sound of vehicles everywhere,

waking up to watch my loving children going to school and college....
and myself getting ready for work...
Uurrrggggg.............. i am just preparing milo drink for Dave....
and a chocolate bun....
heating up the broth and sausages for Davelyn ......
myself????? just an empty bun...... to fill the "little room"
in me.......... to prevent activation of gastric juices.

Oh my God, help me to remain loving and strong in the face of diversity...
Be with me to journey my life together with my family....
Please love us unconditionally.... and
Let the generous spirit of Your love be with us....
Instruct us in Your ways and encourage us to see You in others....
And Lord, may we be truly guided by Your Holy Spirit, to walk always in the pathways of justice and peace.
